Indictments have been filed against six Jerusalem Arabs whom police arrested for assaulting a Hareidi man and a religious couple in the Talpiot neighborhood.
The Hareidi Kikar Shabbat website published the report, but Israel’s left-leaning media, which like to wear their bleeding hearts on the public’s shoulders, were silent.
They continue to berate the entire religious community and the “settler movement” for last week’s arson-murder that everyone assumes was carried out by “hilltop youth” because the word “revenge” was scribbled in Hebrew on the wall of one of two houses in the heart of the Samarian village of Duma, that were attacked with Molotov cocktails and set on fire.
The same media were not interested in reporting that six Arabs, including three minors, used brass knuckles, a knife and a club to assault religious Jews. The language of the Hareidi website that reported the attack used a Hebrew expression that might have been “clean language” for sexual molestation of the young woman, but this has not been confirmed.
Three Jerusalem Arabs with the same last name and ages 19, 20 and 22, along with three minors aged 16 and 17, were indicted for two separate attacks.
They appeared at the Armon NaNatziv walkway in Talpiot and spotted a man, who appeared to be Hareidi, looking towards the Temple Mount.
They mocked him and then struck him with brass knuckles and a knife, leaving him bleeding. The man was hospitalized and required stitches.
The next day, the attackers appeared at the same spot and started up a conversation with a young religious couple.
They told the man to stay where he was and that the girl should go with them, saying they would give her back to him after 10 minutes.
The Arab attackers stopped the women from trying to call the police and assaulted her and the young man. They knocked his kippa off his head and attacked them both with brass knuckles. The girl began reciting the “shema” prayer that Jews say when facing probable death.
The man was knocked on the ground and lost consciousness momentarily. He suffered a broken nose, and the woman suffered cuts and bruises on her head and shoulders.

It cannot be denied by any sane person that the public is subjected to regular reversal of positions as stated by leading political individuals, not least of all the prime minister. Words should have meaning, but seldom do. The much touted “2 state solution” is absolutely not as such, but in fact this amounts to 3 Palestinian states without a single Jew in any of them; East Palestine [Jordan], West Palestine [Judea & Sumaria], and South Palestine [the Gaza Strip], “living beside” a single Jewish state consisting of 20% Arabs. How many of our legislators understand this?
Not so long ago, Netanyahu considered the importance of making known our legitimate rights to the Land of Israel as historically defined by an issuance of the Levy Report, but then withdrew the idea, presumably adhering to a safe “politically correct” position. For years, beyond the Begin-Shamir era, the world has become accustomed to the Arab states & their PLO/PA proxies demanding rights while their Israeli counterparts would belabor their interest in “peace”.
Legitimate historians know that the Palestine Mandate is a bonafide legal document which cannot be annulled and yet for us, the guilt ridden people, who would dare to draw attention to its relevant context as of now? Transjordan was created by British fiat through the injection of Article 25 as an attachment to the Mandate with the words, “In the territories lying between the Jordan & the eastern boundary of Palestine as ultimately determined, the Mandatory shall be entitled, withe consent of the Council of the League of Nations, to postpone or withhold application of such provisions of this Mandate as he may consider inapplicable to the existing local conditions & to make such provision for the administration of the territories as he may consider suitable to those conditions, provided that no action shall be taken which is inconsistent with the provisions of Articles 15, 16 & 18.
Two questions emerge. How could Article 25 supersede Article 5 which charges the Mandatory with being responsible for seeing that no Palestine territory shall be ceded or leased to, or in any way placed under the control of the Government of any foreign power? Article 15 concerns itself with discrimination “on the ground of race, religion or language”. What then are Jews who were prohibited entry to Transjordan?
Even more revealing are the words “to postpone or withhold application” which surely suggests temporary action. How convenient to overlook this stipulation with the declaration of Jordan replacing Transjordan !! There is a vast available history on the gyrations & transitions from the cis Jordan separation to Transjordan through to Jordan’s declaration which remains in a shortfall in the making of Israel’s case to the UN, EU and US. Both Isaiah Friedman [British Pan-Arab Policy 1915 – 1922] & Uriel Dann [Studies in the History of Transjordan, 1920 – 1949, The Making of a State, Westview] serve as excellent sources in reviewing the subject period..
Chapter 11 in Friedman’s book covers the episode on Transjordania & Palestine in full, and in particular Article 25. We find that Friedman agreed that it conflicted with “the basic obligation under which the British government had accepted the Mandate.” We learn further of the unpublished pledge made by HMJ to support the independence of the Arabs in Transjordania. Its legality had been discussed at the Peace Conference at which the Allied Powers did not recognize it.To understand the deliberate distortion, we find in the concluding statement of the 1937 Peel Commission, the words,”The field in which the Jewish National Home was to be established was understood at the time of the Balfour Declaration to be the whole of historic Palestine & the Zionists were seriously disappointed when Trans-Jordan was cut away from the field under Article 25.”
Subsequently, the Zionists accepted the separation but protested against the policy of a deliberate exclusion of Jews from settling there while the Transjordanian Arabs had the right to move to Palestine [Israel] without passports. In the July 1929 words of M. Rappard, Chairman of the Permanent Mandates Commission, agreeing with the Zionists, ” If it was a question of general exclusion [of Jews from Trans-Jordan], the terms of the Mandate have been broken.”
Richard Meinertzhagen, who was invited by Churchill to join his staff in 1921 at the Colonial Office as military adviser was deeply disappointed with Churchill’s decision with regard to Trans-Jordan. By way of a conclusion to this episode, his views as expressed below provide significant insights, given the blind repetitive meanderings of present say politicians as they embrace the shopworn ” two states” failed process:
“Both Lloyd George & Balfour told me that in giving the Jews [sic] their national home in Palestine, the Biblical Palestine, that is to say the whole of the country occupied by the Jewish tribes, including Moab & Ammon. But Churchill encouraged by Lawrence, gave the whole of Trans-Jordan to that miserable Abdullah, thus depriving Israel of a vital territory & allowing a complete encirclement of Israel by Arabs.——I remonstrated -He put on that ridiculous bull dog expression, but nothing could be done to remedy Churchill’s stupidity.”

Irland handlar hellre med Nordkorea, Iran än Israel.
Ett kristallklart bevis på hur media påverkar människor. Iran avrättar 10 gånger så många som Saudiarabien per år, Iran utvecklar, enligt många, atomvapen men vägrar inspektion av IAEA. Men det tjatas visst inte lika mycket som om de stackars palestinierna. Click på COGAT för att se vad Israel dagligen levererar till Gaza av humanitära skäl, inte för att de är tvungna - det är precis lika nära till Egypten och från den stora hamnen Al Arish är det bara 5 mil till Gaza.

EU:s antisemitiska arv kristallklart.
EU rekommenderar bojkott mot Israels närvaro på klassiskt nazistiskt sätt i Judéen, Samarien.
Europeiska unionen har formellt rekommenderat sina 27 medlemmar att "förhindra" israelisk aktivitet i Judéen och Samarien genom en ekonomisk bojkott, direkt emot Osloavtalet.

Europeiska unionen har formellt rekommenderat sina 27 medlemsländer att "förhindra" israeliska verksamhet i Judéen och Samarien genom en ekonomisk bojkott av judiska samhällen i dessa områden.
EU: s senaste bojkott-rekommendation framkom i publiceringen av EU:s Jerusalemrapport 2012, som släpptes onsdag, där ett europeiskt organ rekommenderar sina medlemmar att undvika finansiella transaktioner med israeliska samhällen i Judéen och Samarien, rapporterade AFP. [Å andra sidan har inte EU gjort ett dyft för att hjälpa araberna tjäna egna pengar, de enbart ger bort mina och många andras surt förvärvade skattepengar, som om EU hade världens bästa ekonomi. De vägrar hjälpa araberna enligt Oslo, se det rödmärkta här, de vägrar låta Israel sätta upp industrier i de av dem enligt den enligt Osloavtalet kontrollerade regionen där också araber arbetar. De vägrar allt konstruktivt, de är enbart ute för att trakassera judar.]
I rapporten föreslås att EU ber sina medlemsländer "förebygga, motverka och öka medvetenheten om problematiska konsekvenser av finansiella transaktioner, inbegripet utländska direktinvesteringar från EU-länder till stöd för bosättningsverksamheten, infrastruktur och service." Rekommendationen följde en intern rapport som hävdade att Israel hade använt konstruktion i östra Jerusalem och Judeen och Samarien för att förhindra att en tvåstatslösning.
I den starkt formulerade 15-sidiga rapporten, uppmanar EU också att "se till att importen av produkter från bosättningarna inte omfattas av förmånstullar" och se till att alla sådana produkter är tydligt märkta att de härrör från Israel de ockuperade områdena."
Flytten är ett klar uttalande till stöd för den palestinska myndighetens försök att avhysa en halv miljon judar från sina hem, och göra anspråk på hela området för sin efterlängtade oberoende, suveräna stat utan att bry sig om slutliga förhandlingar med Israel. Detta bortser från det faktum att juridiskt sett Israel inte "ockuperar" något område som hör till någon suverän stat. [Arafat fick Nobelpris för att skriva under att Israel har full kontroll över area C av Judéen/Samarien, minns du? I det området har det ALDRIG bott många araber, nu knappt 50.000, se länk.]
Ett lyckat första steg i den processen gjordes i FN:s Generalförsamling förra september då PA vann en uppgraderad status via Palestinska befrielseorganisationen (PLO) till icke-medlem observatörstillstånd. Förändringen fick gav PA något slags erkännande som ett suveränt land vid det internationella organet, och hjälpte kringgå behovet av slutstatusförhandlingar med Israel om en myriad av frågor, på uppdrag av det internationellt erkända Osloavtalet. [Israel har alltså ingen anledning att fullfölja de delar av Osloavtalet som är till deras nackdel.]
Den palestinska myndigheten - och mycket av det internationella samfundet - definierar "bosättningarna - i mycket grova drag, ibland räcker det att reparera ett trasigt staket för ett privat hem i en befintlig by, eller bereda en uppfart. "Settlement konstruktion" är en term som definieras lika löst och innehåller sådan verksamhet som att lägga en pergola till en befintlig veranda eller uteplats, eller ens bifoga en befintlig balkong på ett hem i en by som innehåller minst 25.000 invånare och har funnits mer än 35 år.
Trots Israels vilja att förhandla vägrar PA:s ledare att delta i samtal utan förhandsvillkor, och varje gång förhandlingar har föreslagits, har de kategoriskt förkastat alla försök att få fart på processen om inte Israel först går med på alla PA krav - primära bland dem, ett fullständigt stopp för alla "bosättningar" [ett villkor Obama uppfann och tvingade på Abbas så nu kan han inte kräva mindre], "rätten att återvända" för mer än fem miljoner utländska araber som en gång bodde i området och deras generationer av ättlingar [d.v.s. Israel ska ta emot BÅDA sidornas flyktingar efter kriget - som om de 20 miljoner flyktingarna som uppstod i kriget mellan Indien och Pakistan alla skulle packas in i Pakistan], och överlämnande av nästan hälften av Israels heliga huvudstad, Jerusalem, för användas som framtida huvudstad i den förväntade för PA tillstånd av "Palestina". [Varför? Pga Jordaniens helt illegala ockupation av den delen 1948-67 som omfattade HELA gamla stan, hela det Jerusalem som fanns till för 150 år sen, som hade en majoritet judar fram till den ockupationen då de fördrevs av Jordanien och arméns brittiska ledare Glubb Pascha, där de förstörde 58 synagogor och utnyttjade ca 35.000 judiska gravstenar till vägar, husbyggen etc. Och EU vill alltså att det ska fortsätta.]
För närvarande har den palestinska myndigheten två huvudstäder, den Samarien-baserade staden Ramallah och Gaza-baserade staden Gaza City, eftersom de två ledande fraktionerna av PA, Fatah och Hamas, ännu inte ens har lyckats nå en överenskommelse om att skapa en samlingsregering.

EU: s senaste bojkott-rekommendation framkom i publiceringen av EU:s Jerusalemrapport 2012, som släpptes onsdag, där ett europeiskt organ rekommenderar sina medlemmar att undvika finansiella transaktioner med israeliska samhällen i Judéen och Samarien, rapporterade AFP. [Å andra sidan har inte EU gjort ett dyft för att hjälpa araberna tjäna egna pengar, de enbart ger bort mina och många andras surt förvärvade skattepengar, som om EU hade världens bästa ekonomi. De vägrar hjälpa araberna enligt Oslo, se det rödmärkta här, de vägrar låta Israel sätta upp industrier i de av dem enligt den enligt Osloavtalet kontrollerade regionen där också araber arbetar. De vägrar allt konstruktivt, de är enbart ute för att trakassera judar.]

I den starkt formulerade 15-sidiga rapporten, uppmanar EU också att "se till att importen av produkter från bosättningarna inte omfattas av förmånstullar" och se till att alla sådana produkter är tydligt märkta att de härrör från Israel de ockuperade områdena."
Flytten är ett klar uttalande till stöd för den palestinska myndighetens försök att avhysa en halv miljon judar från sina hem, och göra anspråk på hela området för sin efterlängtade oberoende, suveräna stat utan att bry sig om slutliga förhandlingar med Israel. Detta bortser från det faktum att juridiskt sett Israel inte "ockuperar" något område som hör till någon suverän stat. [Arafat fick Nobelpris för att skriva under att Israel har full kontroll över area C av Judéen/Samarien, minns du? I det området har det ALDRIG bott många araber, nu knappt 50.000, se länk.]
Ett lyckat första steg i den processen gjordes i FN:s Generalförsamling förra september då PA vann en uppgraderad status via Palestinska befrielseorganisationen (PLO) till icke-medlem observatörstillstånd. Förändringen fick gav PA något slags erkännande som ett suveränt land vid det internationella organet, och hjälpte kringgå behovet av slutstatusförhandlingar med Israel om en myriad av frågor, på uppdrag av det internationellt erkända Osloavtalet. [Israel har alltså ingen anledning att fullfölja de delar av Osloavtalet som är till deras nackdel.]
Den palestinska myndigheten - och mycket av det internationella samfundet - definierar "bosättningarna - i mycket grova drag, ibland räcker det att reparera ett trasigt staket för ett privat hem i en befintlig by, eller bereda en uppfart. "Settlement konstruktion" är en term som definieras lika löst och innehåller sådan verksamhet som att lägga en pergola till en befintlig veranda eller uteplats, eller ens bifoga en befintlig balkong på ett hem i en by som innehåller minst 25.000 invånare och har funnits mer än 35 år.
Trots Israels vilja att förhandla vägrar PA:s ledare att delta i samtal utan förhandsvillkor, och varje gång förhandlingar har föreslagits, har de kategoriskt förkastat alla försök att få fart på processen om inte Israel först går med på alla PA krav - primära bland dem, ett fullständigt stopp för alla "bosättningar" [ett villkor Obama uppfann och tvingade på Abbas så nu kan han inte kräva mindre], "rätten att återvända" för mer än fem miljoner utländska araber som en gång bodde i området och deras generationer av ättlingar [d.v.s. Israel ska ta emot BÅDA sidornas flyktingar efter kriget - som om de 20 miljoner flyktingarna som uppstod i kriget mellan Indien och Pakistan alla skulle packas in i Pakistan], och överlämnande av nästan hälften av Israels heliga huvudstad, Jerusalem, för användas som framtida huvudstad i den förväntade för PA tillstånd av "Palestina". [Varför? Pga Jordaniens helt illegala ockupation av den delen 1948-67 som omfattade HELA gamla stan, hela det Jerusalem som fanns till för 150 år sen, som hade en majoritet judar fram till den ockupationen då de fördrevs av Jordanien och arméns brittiska ledare Glubb Pascha, där de förstörde 58 synagogor och utnyttjade ca 35.000 judiska gravstenar till vägar, husbyggen etc. Och EU vill alltså att det ska fortsätta.]
För närvarande har den palestinska myndigheten två huvudstäder, den Samarien-baserade staden Ramallah och Gaza-baserade staden Gaza City, eftersom de två ledande fraktionerna av PA, Fatah och Hamas, ännu inte ens har lyckats nå en överenskommelse om att skapa en samlingsregering.

Obama erkänner Ahmadinejad som “vald” president i Iran efter ett bluffval.

Tue Aug 4, 2:58 pm ETWASHINGTON – White House spokesman Robert Gibbs says Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is “the elected leader” of the Islamic republic.
Gibbs was asked Tuesday if the White House recognized Ahmadinejad as the country’s legitimate president.
“He’s the elected leader,” Gibbs responded.
Iranian opposition to Ahmadinejad’s re-election claimed he stole the vote, and there have been massive street demonstrations that have shaken the religious leadership of the country. Ahmadinejad reports to the religious establishment. Dozens of demonstrators were killed or wounded in the uprising.
President Barack Obama has been cautious in responding to the turmoil because he’s trying to open a dialogue with Iran about its nuclear program.
Obama är precis lika feg som Bildt.
Following the swearing-in ceremony, Ahmadinejad responded to the news in a speech to the parliament. “We heard that some of the Western leaders had decided to recognize but not congratulate the new government … Well, no one in Iran is waiting for your messages,” he said.

Konferensen Sahlin växelverkar med, började i stor stil med:
The very first sentence of the opening speech honored the “shahids” who killed themselves fighting Jews.
“In the name of the shahids and in the name of Jerusalem, the capital of the Palestinian state, we declare the opening of the sixth convention of our movement, Fatah.” With these words, convention chairman Ahmed Qurei (Abu Ala) – a former Palestinian Authority prime minister and speaker of the PA legislature – introduced the politically-charged gathering.
Shahids literally means “martyrs,” and the reference is to those who killed themselves or were killed in their war of terrorism against Israel.
Jag kan inte alls tänka mej att Sahlin protesterade mot det, mot självmordsbombare mot judar eller att Abbas vill ha Israels huvudstad som sin egen pga – att han vill, däremot protesterade hon högljutt emot Israel……
Sahlin gratulerade också kvinnorna inom Hamas och man förmodar att hon speciellt menade dessa:

Um-al-Abed, a woman who claimed to be speaking for the terrorist group, told reporters on Monday at a news conference in Gaza, “We have so far recruited 100 women for the new unit.”
Several masked women who said they were Fatah members were also present at the gathering. “We are expecting more female suicide bombers,” said Um-al-Abed, according to a report in The Jerusalem Post.
I länken från SR ovan talas om också svenska socialdemokraternas varma förbindelser med det israeliska arbetarpartiet – det är kanske därför det israeliska arbetarpartiet i stort sett har försvunnit. Hade det varit val idag hade Baraks arbetarparti fått 6 av 120 platser i Knesset. Många i partiet är ursinniga på Barak och anklagar honom för att uppföra sig som en diktator.
