The State Department has revealed that for two years it withheld an email that would have exposed Hillary Clinton‘s email server prior to her wiping it.
Judicial Watch claims that the 2012 email was purposely withheld because it proved Clinton was using her government account for personal use and not State Department business.
The State Department tried to cover up the email by filing a secret court brief, hoping that a federal judge would hide tens of thousands of emails.

What exactly is in this secret email? The email, sent on Sept. 29, 2012, was sent from Clinton to then-Deputy Chief of Staff Jake Sullivan. It “concerns talking points for Clinton calls with senators about the Benghazi attack.” The email is also said to contain Clinton’s non-state.gov address.
A state Department letter sent to Judicial Watch states that “the Department has determined that one document previously withheld in full in our letter dated November 12, 2014 may now be released in part.”
But Judicial Watch asserts that the State Department’s November 12 letter does not reference any withheld emails.
