Rabbi Nehemia Lavi, 41, and Aharon Banita Bennett, 21,/se TT/  have been named as the two Israelis murdered in a stabbing attack on Saturday night, which took place in Jerusalem's Old City and left two others wounded.

Bennett, along with his wife and two-year-old son, were attacked by the terrorist; his wife was seriously wounded and the child lightly wounded.

Rabbi Lavi, a father of seven, is originally from Beit El in Binyamin north of Jerusalem, but has lived in the Old City for the past 23 years. He is a rabbi at Yeshivat Ateret Kohanim.

According to the rabbi's friends, he went down with his gun to try and save those wounded by the Arab terrorist in the attack, but the terrorist stabbed him and took his weapon.

The rabbi's funeral will take place on Sunday at 12 p.m., at the Har Hamenuchot Cemetery in Jerusalem.

Rabbi Lavi volunteered last summer to take an officer's course as part of his IDF reserve duty, so as to become an officer in the army and stay on longer.

His friends, officers from the course, eulogized him saying, "we are shocked by the abominable murder. That a Jew who is pure is murdered in our capital city by a lowly and despicable murderer."

"We've reached the end of our tether. Rabbi Nehamia hy''d devotedly studied and taught Torah most of his life," they continued. "He was supposed to be released from reserve duty and went to this course only so as not to be released at the age when one is released, so that he could continue to contribute to the people of Israel."

"He was a pure heart! A man full of life and joy, simplicity and humility, he treated everyone with honor, just so as to help, to give!"

"He was stabbed in his heart, and our hearts bleed. We strengthen the hands of the security forces and are certain they will fight the murderers and those who sent them with a hard hand so that the nation of Israel will know no more sorrow and pain," concluded the victim's friends.

The Islamic Jihad terrorist group in Gaza took credit for the murder, which was conducted by 19-year-old terrorist Mohannad Shafik Halabi.

Moscow chief rabbi: Trump ‘good news’ for US, Russia, and Israel

Moscow Chief Rabbi says relations between the US, Russia, and Israel will improve under Donald Trump Administration.

The chief rabbi of Moscow said he expects U.S. relations with Russia and Israel to improve under President-elect Donald Trump.

Rabbi Pinchas Goldschmidt, who is also the president of the Conference of European Rabbis, made the projection Tuesday during an interview in the Belarusian capital of Minsk, which for the first time was hosting his organization’s biannual Standing Committee gathering.

“We believe there’s going to be a serious attempt at bettering the relationship,” Goldschmidt said about U.S.-Russia ties, citing statements by officials in both countries.

“Regarding the Russian-U.S. relationship, I think the election of Trump might bring good news,” the rabbi said, adding that he expected the same for Israel-U.S. ties.

Under President Barack Obama, the United States has taken a leading role in imposing international sanctions against Russia for its annexation of Crimea from Ukraine in 2014.

Separately, U.S.-Israel ties reached what many observers considered a nadir amid the vocal objections of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu against the U.S.-led deal offering Iran sanctions relief for a partial scaling back of its nuclear program. (And Obama gave Iran loads of money to buy weapons for, especially to surrounding terrorists, and test intercontinental bassistic missiles)

Trump, who last week defeated Democrat Hillary Clinton for the presidency, has promised to improve ties with both countries.

At the same time, Goldschmidt also said he was concerned by the possibility of a rise in the popularity of far-right groups in Europe — they celebrated the Republican’s election as a victory to their cause.

“Definitely, we are not the only ones, we hear this all over Europe, the concern of the rise of the extreme right on the coattails of the Trump victory,” he said.

Making reference to kosher slaughter and circumcision, Goldschmidt added: “We especially in the Jewish community are concerned regarding a renewed push against our religious freedoms.”

Both customs, which are shared by Muslims and Jews, have come under attack in Europe by far-right politicians who view them as foreign, often as part of their desire to combat what they regard as the growing effect of Islam in Europe. Left-leaning circles have often attacked the same customs, which many of their supporters regard as barbaric, sometimes in cooperation with far-right circles.

“We live in a very complex world and what’s good for one country might be not so good for another, just like the interests of Diaspora Jews don’t always coincide with those of Israeli Jews,” Goldschmidt said.

That little foot continues to haunt me, especially when I think of the Swedish PM Stefan Löfven’s face, the man who just declared attacks against Israeli civilians aren’t exactly “terrorism”. 

Yotam Shmuel is an 18-month-old Israeli toddler. He was attacked by an Arab terrorist who rammed his car into the people at a bus stop at the Bridge of Chords in Jerusalem, where Yotam was waiting with his mother, Yael. The doctors failed to save his foot. He will never walk on his own two feet again.

His foot haunts me. The world doesn’t want to see or hear Yotam’s story. The same world that isn’t even aware that Adele Biton died two years after a terrorist hurled stones against that four-year-old Israeli girl that hit her head, killed by “Palestinian militants”, as the international community calls barbaric Arab terrorists. Adele didn’t "pass away", she was murdered in a terror attack condoned by the “civil world”.


The world doesn’t want to see or hear Yotam’s story.
270 Israelis have been wounded so far in this new wave of terrorism wrongly called “Third Intifada." It is not an uprising, but a genocidal campaign. There are Israelis so traumatized that they now go out in a bullet proof vest. It is a very heavy price for a small society.

During the “Oslo War” that began in 2001, we lived through a black hole that swallowed up 1,557 people and left 17,000 injured. If a proportional number of the population equivalent to those 1,557 victims were murdered in the United States, there would be 53,756 Americans killed. Israeli figures of those wounded in terror attacks, extrapolated to the population of the United States, would be the equivalent of close to 664,133 injured.

Now you have a better idea why Yotam’s foot haunts me. Because this is a war against the hearts, souls, and bodies of the Jewish nation. Terrorism,financed by the international community, wants to turn Israel into a disabled society. Nearly 4 in 10 Israelis have survived attacks, lost family members, or had family or friends wounded.

We are talking about Jews scathed and scarred, who require years of costly and complicated physical and mental rehabilitation. Israeli doctors estimate that 40 percent of the Israeli injured will have permanent disabilities.

After the bomb went off everything was quiet; you could only hear the voices of the wounded. The world, which condemns Israel to disappear, should be haunted by Yotam’s cries. 

Vad vill de dyra migranterna när de slipper betala?

Om man går från en siffra på SvD om att 160.000 migranter ska fördelas över EU och man har lyckats med en promille, samtidigt som att Ungern säger att vi kan förvänta oss att 35 miljoner kan komma till EU så är det något med siffrorna som politikern visst har missat. Ingen har direkt sagt emot Ungerns siffror. Så vad göra med de 34 miljonerna som inte kan invadera EU?

Jag har inte sett några beräkningar om den genomsnittliga kostnaden för en person som tar sig från Syrien till Sverige.  Jag vet bara att det är dyrt, utan papper och pass kan man inte bara hoppa på ett charterplan. Många med pengar har handlat resor från människosmugglare för enorma kostnader  Massan har inga sådana pengar, har någon procent av de rikaste det? De super-rika tar förstås planet till USA eller Canada och slipper alla köer.

Löfvéns vy komprimerad.

Sverige turistar i stor mängd i Turkiet. Men de anser inte det är bra nog för muslimska migranter som egentligen vill vara nära sitt hemland tills kriget slutar. Turkiet har tagit emot ca 2 miljoner, mycket fler än hela EU, utan kulturkrockar och skadliga men för deras befolkning. Inte ett enda knivhugg på något Turkiskt IKEA. Men det är fullständigt otänkbart att låta kristna, attackerade av muslimer, att komma hit.

Säj att EU betalar UNHCR underhållet för äkta flyktingar i Mellanöstern, Turkiet, Libanon, Jordanien, och jämför med de enormt mycket högre kostnaderna att ta hit dem och underhålla dem på svensk standard - varför publiceras inga sådana beräkningar utom möjligen av SD? Sverige uppför sej som om vi fortfarande var ett välfärdssamhälle och tänker så förbli. varför inte tänka på de realistiska kostnaderna innan Löfvén måste berätta för världen att vi totalt har misslyckats med våra beräkningar av kostnaderna, mycket för att trotsa SD? Inte för att de totala misslyckanden får karln att avgå som normala ledare gör när de gjort bort sej totalt.

När får vi se en beräkning vad det hade kostat till UNHCR för att underhålla alla migranter till Turkiet på genomsnittsstandard för Turkiet, till Jordanien, Libanon? Men våra media får inte sin halva miljard i statsbidrag för att berätta sådant.

EU ger lite pengar till Turkiet som hjälp men samtidigt släpper de deras muslimer närmare det Europeiska samhället för att göra samma som när de förstörde det Assyriska Kristna Imperiet. EU är totalt historielösa, vilket inte de forna östeuropeiska EU-länderna är som vägrar skyffla in muslimer.

Ett antal bloggare i Sverige beskriver verkligheten, inga politiker eller massmedia. Totalt underkännande alltså.

Varför råljuger TT om mycket grundläggande fakta?

Titta på DN, där de fantiserar om "Israel fortsätter byggen av bosättningar som är förbjudna enligt internationell lag". Eftersom det inte existerar någon sådan lag nämns det inte något mera.

Man undrar hur länge TT ska fortsätta ljuga rakt ut, även sedan Stefan Hjertén, känd förintelseförnekare och antisemit, pensionerades från stället. Inser de inte att de betraktas som fån av varenda individ som har en aning om verkligheten?

Varför försöker TT inte åtminstone motivera sina antisemitiska lögner? Det är en typisk Göbbelsfantasi från nazisterna, att upprepa en lögn så många gånger att folk börjar tro att något ligger i det, och undvika alla fakta som visar eller motbevisar deras påhitt.

För att än en gång upprepa vad den civiliserade världen vet:

• San Remobeslutet är internationell LAG.
• Osloavtalet är just det - ett avtal, inget Israel tvingade på araberna. Alla löften Israel gav då - de som inte krävde motåtgärder från araberna har uppfyllts medan araberna - Arafat och sen Abbas - inte gjort ett dyft, bara förväntar sig få goodies som när Kerry kommer flaxande och tvingar Netanyahu vad han tycker kan vara lämpligt, aldrig Abbas.

Nya våldsdåd i Israel

Den senaste attacken från arabiska mördare med ett tiotal brandbomber besvarades med skott från israelisk polis. En arab dödades.
Tidigare under dagen knivhöggs en israelisk gränspolis lätt av en arabisk terrorist och mördare nära Damaskusporten i Jerusalem. Den 38-årige palestinske terroristen sköts till döds.
En utländsk kvinna i 30-årsåldern skadades också lätt när hon knivhöggs nära en busshållplats i västra Jerusalem. Den arabiska terroristen flydde men en misstänkt arab greps nära platsen.
Sedan den 1 oktober har nu 17 israeler, en amerikan och en eritrean dött. Samtidigt har 101 palestinska mördare dödats. De flest av palestinierna har utfört knivattacker mot israeler enligt Abbas order länk men polis och militär lyckas döda alltfler arabiska terrorister som väl är.

Den uppfyller inte ett enda villkor som krävs av en stat enligt internationell definition, enbart Löfvéns egen påhittade. Och det gör ingen stat. Men det har han inte en aaaaaning om.

Artikeln handlar om Obamas och Kerrys mycket aktiva stöd till allt Abbas hittar på, men man kan lätt lägga till Löfvéns frenetiskq lovordande av Abbas med pengar och många stora lögnaktigq ord. Syrian-amerikaner demonstrerar till förmån för USA att ta in fler syriska flyktingar.

En opinionsundersökning som publicerades i November 2014 av den arabiska Centrum för forskning och politiska studier fann att 13% av syriska flyktingar har positiva känslor gentemot den islamiska statens terroristgrupp. Uppgifterna ska väcka frågor om riskerna med godkännande av syriska flyktingar till USA.

Undersökningen granskade 900 syriska flyktingar jämnt fördelade mellan Turkiet, Libanon och Jordanien. Tankesmedjan fann att 4% har uttryckt sig positivt om den islamiska staten (ISIS) och ytterligare 9% uttryckt en "ganska positiv" opinion av terroristgruppen. Ytterligare 10% anser gruppen negativ "i viss utsträckning."

Svaren på den frågan liknar en förfrågan till de syriska flyktingarna om huruvida de ser ISIS att vara ett direkt hot mot hemlandet. Cirka 80% svarade jakande och 15% negativt med 5% sade att de inte visste eller vägrade att svara.

En annan fråga visar att dessa känslor inte kommer från okunnighet.De flesta är medvetna om ISISs extremistiska ideologi och barbari. Cirka 40% sade att de följer nyheter relaterade till den islamiska staten mycket noga och 37% följer det lite noga. Cirka 10% uppgav att de sällan följer ISIS-relaterade nyheter och 12% följer det inte alls.

Undersökningen frågar inte ens om mer populära grupper som al-Qaidas syriska gren som heter Jabhat al-Nusra och Hamas eller extremistiska föreställningar som jihad mot den amerikanska världen.  På frågan om det största hotet mot den arabiska världen,  sade 29% av syriska flyktingar Iran, följt av Israel (22%) och USA (19%). Hotet om islamistiska militanta bedömdes som det
 översta hotet av endast 10%.

Obama-administrationen har meddelat att den kommer att låta 10.000 syriska flyktingar bosätta sig i USA under 2015-2016. 2000 har kommit sedan 2012. Förvaltningen planerar också att öka antalet flyktingar tillåtna in i landet från 70.000 till 100.000 2016-2017.

Anhängare av planen hävdar att det finns en trovärdig prövnings- process för att hindra terrorister från att glida igenom som inkluderar bakgrundskontroller med hjälp av statliga databaser. Men en färsk tvåparti House Homeland Security-rapport gör slutsatsen: "Vi har i stort sett misslyckats med att stoppa amerikanerna från att resa utomlands för att gå med jihadister ... Flera dussin lyckades också komma tillbaka till i Amerika" .

Om vi har problem med att stoppa amerikanerna inifrån landet från att lämna, gå till utländska jihadister och sedan komma tillbaka, hur kan vi vara säkra på att vi ska fånga radikaliserade syrier som kanske inte har operativa kopplingar till terrorister? Söker vi ens efter extremistiska ideologier eller bara brottslig verksamhet?

Importen av flyktingarna kan faktiskt öka risken för radikalisering, baserat på allmänt citerade samhällsvetenskapliga studier. En studie av Al-Qaeda- arbetare fann att 70% anslöt sig till jihad efter att ha flyttat till ett nytt land och 80% isolerades från det samhälle de levde i. Den ovannämnda kongressrapporten varnar för att att radikaliseringen av amerikanerna redan sker med en "aldrig tidigare skådad hastighet" och "ansträngande federal brottsbekämpande förmåga att övervaka och avlyssna misstänkta. "

Endast 41% av amerikanska väljare stöder vidarebosättning av 10.000 syriska flyktingar i USA Det motsättes av 53% (33% av demokrater, 71% av Republikaner och 48% av Independents).Nästan 60% är överens om att planen är en nationell säkerhetsrisk.

Den hjärtskärande situationen i Syrien bör inte göra oss blinda för behovet av att strikt undersökning omr islamistiska extremist- övertygelser. Ideologisk screening kan inte vara politiskt korrekt, men det är moraliskt riktigt. Det hjälper till att hålla Amerika säkert och hjälper till att motverka en välmenande, västvänlig flykting från att förlora sin plats till en islamist som skulle fördöma och även agera mot just det land som räddade honom.

Hade inte Löfvéns orerande till dessa terroristers ära varit så framträdande hade det räddat många liv.  Hade han inte utfört den tekniska omöjligheten att "erkänna" den icke-existerande staten "palestina" - som inte uppfyller många av de internationella kraven på "stat" - hade de haft mindre inspiration att mörda.

The image above, showing a masked man brandishing a knife and holding up two fingers in a V for "Victory" was posted on the official Facebook page of the Fatah Movement with the text: "We'll be victorious or die." [Oct. 23, 2015] In the same spirit of support for terror, Fatah publicized its admiration for a terrorist stabber.  The movement announced that it "escorts its Martyr son," Raed Jaradat, "who carried out the stabbing operation at the Beit Anoun Junction" to his "wedding," alluding to the Islamic belief that Martyrs marry 72 Virgins in Paradise: "The path of the struggle Palestinian National Liberation movement Fatah, North Hebron branch, escorts its Martyr (Shahid) son to his wedding Raed Saket Abd Al-Rahman Jaradat who carried out the stabbing operation at the Bet Anoun Junction"  [Fatah Movement Official Facebook page, Oct. 26, 2015] Whereas, in this case Fatah glorified the stabber, most of the time the PA repeats the libel, documented by Palestinian Media Watch, claiming Israel fabricates the stabbing attacks as an excuse to kill "innocent" Palestinians and plants the knives at the scenes of the attacks to frame them. A cartoon in the official PA daily repeats this lie. It shows a religious Jew, the image cartoonists use to depict a "settler," planting a knife on a small Palestinian boy, using a fishing rod, while riding on the back of an Israeli soldier. The cartoon echoes the PA libel that Israel kills Palestinian children "in cold blood" and plants knives at the scene afterwards. [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 26, 2015] Earlier this month, the PA Ministry of Information issued a statement that included the allegation that Israel is making up the Palestinian attacks when in fact, they claim, the Palestinians are "victims": "The Israeli PR... disseminates a misleading narrative, which shows the attacker as victim and the attacked as 'terrorist.'" [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 10, 2015] Secretary-General of the PLO Executive Committee and member of the Fatah Central Committee Saeb Erekat reiterated the libel that Israel carries out field executions, and described Palestinians as "protecting ourselves with the bodies of our sons and daughters": "The Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people still continues, through summary executions and collective punishments.' Likewise, he emphasized: 'We are protecting ourselves with the bodies of our sons and daughters, because Israel does not protect itself, but rather its crimes, occupation and settlement." [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 26, 2015] One of the Palestinian terrorists attacking with knives who have been presented by the official PA daily as victims of Israel was Dania Arshid. The 17-year-old Palestinian terrorist who was asked to identify herself at a military checkpoint near the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron on Oct. 25, 2015, then ran towards the Israeli border policemen with a drawn knife. She was shot and killed by the soldiers. The paper reported that "the occupation executed student Dania Arshid," and that Israeli soldiers had "asked her to take a knife out of her bag. The girl could do nothing but refuse as she didn't have any sharp object in her bag, which caused the soldiers to shoot her on the spot." [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 26, 2015] The official PA daily also referred to "the falseness of the occupation's claims" when it described the "death as a Martyr" of terrorist Mahmoud Ghneimat,a 20-year-old Palestinian terrorist who, together with another terrorist, stabbed and injured an 18-year-old man in the Israeli town of Beit Shemesh. They were both shot by Israeli police and Ghneimat died of his wounds. The official PA daily called it an "a summary execution" and said Ghneimat had been killed "under the allegation that he had stabbed a settler."
