Paris continues giving the Palestinian Authority (PA) funding despite the fact that it uses those funds for terror salaries, Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) revealed Tuesday.
PA official media recorded this month that Paris pays 8 million euro ($8.9 million) directly to state coffers.
But the PA general budget also pays monthly salaries to terrorists like Hamas bomb maker Abdallah Barghouti, whose bombs murdered 67 people, and Abbas Al-Sayid, who planned two suicide bombings in which 35 were killed, the watchdog notes.
The US and several EU countries had cancelled their PA funding, after PMW released a report in late April revealing Abbas's ploy to fool the West and continue receiving its annual budget from abroad for over $1 billion.
The report detailed that despite the West back in 2014 conditioning its funding on having the PA stop using the funds to pay the salaries of terrorists jailed in Israel, the PA merely moved its ministry tasked with the salaries to the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), and increased its funding to the PLO by the exact amount of the prisoners' budget.
PMW showed that the PA remains the organization funding the terrorists' salaries and making the budgetary decisions, in an open breach of its promises to the West made to keep the funding going.
Ramallah spends some $12 million per month on terror salaries, as PA official TV admitted in 2014.
Många rörbomber i närheten upphittades. Men sånt ska väl judar tåla huh. Margot Elisabeth Wallström har sagt så. Undrar om hon också har sagt åt media att inte rapportera såna småsaker - då kan ju folk få för sej att Israel behöver försvara sig!

Jerusalem bus explosion
Magen David Adom Jerusalem
Sixteen people were wounded in an explosion on Monday, which hit Egged bus line 12 on Derekh Hevron and Moshe Baram Street in the southeast of Jerusalem, not far from Kibbutz Ramat Rachel.
Police later confirmed it was indeed a bombing attack, in apparently the first bus bombing of the current terror wave, although they have yet to specifically define it as an act of terror.

Scene of Explosion in Jerusalem
Large Magen David Adom (MDA) and police forces rushed to the site. Police say 21 people were wounded in the attack, apparently 16 of them with physical wounds and the rest suffering from shock. At least two were seriously wounded and seven were moderately wounded, with the rest lightly wounded. Rescue forces evacuated the wounded to the hospital.
One of the wounded reportedly is in critical condition. Police estimate that the seriously wounded individual likely was the terrorist who planted the bomb. No identifying document has been found on him, and no one has come to ask regarding his well-being, strengthening those suspicions.
Police backtracked on their initial declaration according to which the blast was a terror attack, before later clarifying that an explosive had been planted on the bus, causing the explosion.
The police hesitation was cleared up by the director of the emergency care unit at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem where the wounded were treated, who estimated that it was indeed an attack.
"Some of the wounds of the victims who arrived to us are from nails and bolts that penetrated their bodies. It gives the impression of wounds from a terror attack," determined the doctor.
Jerusalem district police initially confirmed that the 12 line bus was targeted, and said it was hit by an explosive or suicide bomber who detonated inside the bus.
Police afterwards said they had not yet completely determined that the incident was a terror attack. That about-face came after it was found that in the incident a bus empty of passengers exploded and an adjacent bus with passengers on board as well as a private car took the impact, with the injuries occurring on the second bus and car. Police: It was a bomb
Police later announced that an explosive was indeed behind the blast, and that the bomb was placed in the rear of the empty bus.
The police statement added that they continue to check the motives behind the bombing - even though it comes in the midst of an Arab terror wave that has cost the lives of 34 victims since last September.
According to witnesses a large explosion rocked the bus which then became quickly engulfed in flames.
Before police announced an explosive had caused the blast, police spokesperson Micky Rosenfeld gave Arutz Sheva a briefing at the scene.
Rosenfeld earlier reported on Twitter: "Police units respond to possible explosion on bus in Jerusalem. Emergency units on scene."

An Israeli woman was murdered in a stabbing attack late Sunday afternoon in Otniel, a town in the southern Har Hevron region of Judea.
The woman has since been identified as 39-year-old Dafna Meir, a mother to six children, two of them foster children. She waas initially critically wounded in the attack and succumbed to her wounds shortly after.
The Arab terrorist who carried out the attack succeeded in breaking into the town, entering the woman's home and murdering her before fleeing the scene.
The woman, who works as a nurse, fought with the terrorist at the entrance to her home as her children were nearby, according to testimony. The children did not see the attack but heard her shouts and came running, and then called up security forces to hunt the murderer.
Security forces are currently pursuing the terrorist, aided by a helicopter, and residents of the town were asked to stay in their homes during the manhunt. The IDF has clarified that the terrorist is no longer in the town.
Witnesses of the attack have said the terrorist worked in the town and used his familiarity with the community to carry out the attack.
Meir will be buried on Monday morning. The funeral procession will leave from Otniel at 9 a.m. towards Jerusalem, and will arrive at 11 a.m. at Har Hamenuhot Cemetery in the northwestern Givat Shaul neighborhood of the capital.
Noam Bar, a senior Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedic, said, "the sight was difficult, we saw an unconscious woman aged around 40, who was not breathing and had no pulse."
"She suffered from stab wounds to her upper body; we performed continued resuscitation but in the end we were forced to pronounce her death," said Bar.
Former Interior Minister Eli Yishai, chair of the Yachad party which narrowly failed to enter the Knesset, responded to the murder by blaming the radical leftist groups B'Tselem and Breaking the Silence.
"I am shocked by the murderous attack in Otniel. The cruelty of the murderers knows no bounds," said Yishai. "Again we come across the face of uninhibited evil. An awful murder of a Jewish woman hy''d in her private home, with her only 'sin' being that she was an Israeli Jew."
"The struggle against incitement needs to be escalated. The Palestinian incitement at the side of the Israeli (incitement) managed by leftist organizations B'Tselem and Breaking the Silence is responsible for another despicable murder. God will avenge her blood."
The attack came just minutes after a stabbing was thwarted at the western gate of Kiryat Arba, which leads to Hevron. In that incident, a female Arab terrorist was apprehended with a knife in her handbag before she was able to inflict any wounds.

That thwarted stabbing was the third of the day; earlier an Arab terrorist attempted to carry out a stabbing attack at the Samaria Regional Brigade Junction in Samaria (also known as Bahad 3), but was shot dead by soldiers before he was able to harm anyone.
Before that attempt, a potentially major serious attack was thwarted outside a Jerusalem synagogue, as three Arab youths were arrested after having been found armed with knives outside the Heichal Yaakov synagogue in Kiryat Moshe.
The three are believed to have planned to carry out an attack on the synagogue as it was packed with worshipers attending morning prayers.

Terrorists have posted videos and manuals on social media to teach Palestinian supporters — even children — “how to stab a Jew.”
Israel’s UN ambassador, Danny Danon, displayed a how-to manual before a meeting of the UN Security Council on Friday.
“You can see with this picture what incitement looks like,” he said while showing a page.
The guides give instruction on how to inflict the maximum bodily damage with a knife. They include an anatomical chart with images of knives indicating vulnerable areas.
The posts have contained such headings as “Third Intifada,” “The Knife Intifada,” “Poison the Knife before you Stab” and “Slaughtering the Jews,” the Times of Israel reported.
A Facebook page titled “Intifada Youth Coalition — Palestine,” also recently posted a video demonstrating how to carry out a stabbing.
