Rouhani har avrättat mycket fler än Ahmadenijad och det fortsätter med mer än två om dan. Vår utrikesblondin har inte yttrat ett enda pip om det - har Obama förbjudit henne eller läser hon inte nyheterna utanför TT? Eller varför har hon inte åkt dit för att förmana dom som Anna Lindh gjorde?

Nu är ju anledningarna högst varierande, en del efter dom, andra inte. Jag håller med Sisis åtgärder - han har fått Egypten mycket lugnare så de har börjat få turistinkomster och BP har vågat börja söka efter gas och olja där. Parkinson’s – remove the Israel-pioneered brain pacemaker to stop tremors. DiscontinueLevodopa, which reduces motor disturbances. Cease sessions that involve magnetic cortex stimulation.

Staff with a family history of heart disease and arteriosclerosis must not use the Israeli device for early detection of these.  Rather, wait until onset of the disease.

Epileptics – stop treatment that may have benefited from the Israeli discovery of the underlying mutant gene; also throw away thebracelet that sends out an alert when a person goes into seizure.

Staff or relatives with Age-related Macular Degeneration – remove Israeli implants that arrest the disease.

Liver disease – abandon Israeli-developed antibody immunotherapy treatments.

Emphysema – steer clear of the Israeli protein replacement therapy.

Myeloma – stop taking the drug Velcade, which was developed over a period of 30 years by scientists at Haifa.

Sleep apnea – no tests using the breakthrough Israeli device for diagnosis.

Dyslexics must not benefit from the IsraeliInternet-based reading system.

Skin allergies must be treated with steroid creams only, as the new safer non-steroid alternative is Israeli.

Any incident of stroke or head trauma or onset of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, MS, epilepsy, glaucoma or brain tumor must avoid using any of the Weizmann Institute’s patented methods of treatment.

Before any surgery or medical tests, check that hospital catheters have not been protected from infection using the new plastic from Israel that disables microorganisms. Avoid throat surgery as this may utilize Israeli surgical lasers.

It is hard to make out exactly what the seven exhausted foreign ministers of the world powers and Iran were actually talking about in Lausanne this week – especially in the last two days, when the negotiations overran their March 31 deadline for a framework nuclear accord.

The highly-colored reports from the Swiss hotel up until Thursday, April 2, bespoke a mighty battle between the American negotiators led by Secretary of State John Kerry and Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, and the Iranian group, headed by Foreign Minister Mohammed Javad Zarif, over four key points still at issue between them: the pace of sanctions relief, research and development projects, international inspections - including snap visits to any nuclear facilities they demanded, and, finally, the quantity of low-enriched uranium Iran may retain after the bulk of its stockpile is shipped overseas.
The drama was heightened by the sight of the American delegation marching into a tent set up in the hotel yard “to defeat eavesdropping” for a video conference with President Barack Obama in the White House. Kerry wanted to know whether to carry on the never-ending negotiations, which were looking more and more farcical as the hours ticked by without closure, or quit. This would be tantamount to the failure of the entire structure of nuclear diplomacy.
Obama directed the delegation to carry on talking with the Iranians and disregard the missed deadline as though nothing had changed.

The Secretary of State earlier appeared in an upper hotel window gazing out in the distance. Was he seeing a solution of the impasse visible to no one else?

The French Foreign Minister, Lauren Fabius, fed up with the game playing out between the Americans and the Iranians, left more than once for home. He returned Thursday saying: “We are a few meters from the finishing line, but it’s always the last meters that are the most difficult. We will try and cross them. It’s not done yet.”
Zarif told reporters: “Our friends need to decide whether they want to be with Iran based on respect or whether they want to continue based on pressure. They have tested the other one; it is high time to test this one.”
Those words carried two messages: One that the Iranians were serious when they reiterated in the past weeks that a framework accord for ending the current phase of negotiations was unacceptable, and insisted on the talks carrying straight through to a comprehensive deal by June 30.
The Iranian foreign minister’s second message was a negation of “pressure” – i.e., sanctions, in obedience to supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s directive to the delegation to reject the incremental easing of international sanctions and press Tehran’s demand for immediate relief.

That directive was laid down by the ayatollah on February 18, when he determined that “an agreement would be arrived at not in two stages but in one stage to be completed by the end of June 2015 and the agreement would include the removal of all sanctions on Iran.”

The writing was on the wall for all the parties to see. The current deadline crisis could have been avoided by understanding that there was no way the Iranian delegation would ever disobey the supreme leader’s dictates.
Tehran is not averse to negotiating ad infinitum - so long as the talks go their way. 

So the real gridlock centered on finding a procedure that fitted the US delegation’s instructions to get some sort of a deal signed, and the Iranian group’s directive to sign nothing that could be seen as an accord. So who will give ground first?

Netanyahu fördömer världens tystnad över att Iran säger att beslutet att förstöra Israel inte kan förhandlas bort.

Netanyahu reagerar på Basijs befälhavares utrop: "utplåna Israel från kartan", säger att P5 + 1 kan och måste insistera på ett bättre kärnkraftsaffär.

Premiärminister Benjamin Netanyahu svarade under onsdagen på gårdagens uttalande av en högt uppsatt iransk militär tjänsteman att Israel bör "utplånas från kartan", återigen kritiserar det internationella samfundet för mjukgörande av deras inställning till Irans nukleära program medan Teheran samtidigt bedriver en allt mer aggressiv utrikespolitik.

"Igår förklarade fräckt en iransk general och jag citerar:" Israels förstörelse är inte förhandlingsbar ", men tydligen - att ge Irans mordregim en tydlig väg till bomben är förhandlingsbart", sade Netanyahu efter de kommentarer från Commander av Irans Basij (volontära) Force, brigadgeneral Mohammad Reza Naqdi.

"Detta är orimligt," förklarade Netanyahu.

"Jag håller med dem som har sagt att Irans påstående att dess kärnprogram är endast för fredliga ändamål inte matchar Irans insisterande på att hålla underjordiska kärnanläggningar, avancerade centrifuger och en tungvattenreaktor (för tillverkning av plutonium)", tillade han. "Inte heller matchar det med Irans insisterande på att utveckla ICBMs (interkontinentala ballistiska missiler) och dess vägran att komma ren med IAEA om dess tidigare beväpningsinsatser."

Att vända från Irans kärnprogram till den ökade användningen av terrorism och andra agenter för att utöka sin kontroll över den bredare Mellanöstern, berättade premiärministern hur "samtidigt Iran påskyndar dess terrorkampanj, underkuvande och erövring i hela regionen, senast i Jemen, "där Shia Houthirebeller, som stöds av Iran, har störtat den jemenitiska regeringen.

"De eftergifter som erbjuds till Iran i Lausanne skulle säkerställa en dålig affär som skulle äventyra Israel, Mellanöstern och freden i världen", fortsatte han, ekande uttalanden han gjorde tidigare i veckan där PM varnade för att affären som diskuteras är värre än han hade fruktat.

"Nu är det dags för det internationella samfundet att insistera på ett bättre avtal," insisterade Netanyahu.

"En bättre affär skulle avsevärt rulla tillbaka Irans nukleära infrastruktur. En bättre affär skulle koppla det slutliga upphävandet av begränsningarna av Irans nukleära program till en förändring i Irans beteende.

"Iran måste stoppa sin aggression i regionen, stoppa dess terrorism i hela världen och stoppa sina hot att utplåna Israel. Det bör vara icke-förhandlingsbara och det är affären som världsmakterna måste insistera på."

Netanyahus kommentarer kommer efter USA bekräftade att de skulle än en gång förlänga tidsfristen för en uppgörelse med Iran, efter den senaste tidens 31 mars deadline kom och gick igår.

Det är den tredje tidsfristen som förhandlarna har missat.

Amerikanska utrikesdepartementets taleskvinna Marie Harf sade att tillräckliga framsteg hade gjorts för att motivera en förlängning, även om det fortfarande fanns "flera svåra frågor" att överbrygga.

Irans förhandlare Hamid Baidinejad sade hans land har ingen brådska att nå en uppgörelse.

"Förhandlingarna kommer att avslutas när lösningar har funnits", sade han, i kommentarer som citeras av BBC. "Vi  tittar inte på klockan."

Det har belastat att president Barack Obama är "desperat" att sluta ett avtal och uppvisa en utrikespolitik "prestation", även som Israel och andra källor varnar att affären hotar att lämna den islamiska regimen med förmågan att snabbt producera en kärnvapenarsenal när de känner för det.

Förstärkning v oron för att en dålig affär bildas, avslöjade en medhjälpare till Irans president Hassan Rouhani som hoppade förra veckan att den amerikanska förhandlingsgrupp bara talar "för  Irans räkning med andra medlemmar av de P5 + 1-länderna och övertygar dem om en affär. "

Netanyahu reacts to Basij commander's 'wiping Israel off the map' comments, says P5+1 can and must insist on a better nuclear deal.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu responded Wednesday to yesterday's statement by a senior Iranian military official that Israel should be "wiped of the map", once again criticizing international powers for softening their stance on Iran's nuclear program while Tehran simultaneously pursues an ever more aggressive foreign policy.
"Yesterday an Iranian general brazenly declared and I quote: 'Israel'sdestruction is non-negotiable', but evidently giving Iran's murderous regime a clear path to the bomb is negotiable," Netanyahu said of the comments by theCommander of Iran’s Basij (volunteer) Force, Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Naqdi.
"This is unconscionable," Netanyahu declared.
"I agree with those who have said that Iran's claim that its nuclear program is only for peaceful purposes doesn't square with Iran's insistence on keeping underground nuclear facilities, advanced centrifuges and a heavy water reactor," he added. "Nor does it square with Iran's insistence on developing ICBMs (Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles) and its refusal to come clean with the IAEA on its past weaponization efforts."
Turning from Iran's nuclear program to its increased use of terrorist and other proxies to expand its control over the wider Middle East, the prime ministernoted how "at the same time, Iran is accelerating its campaign of terror, subjugation and conquest throughout the region, most recently in Yemen," where Shia Houthi rebels, backed by Iran, have ousted the Yemeni government.

"The concessions offered to Iran in Lausanne would ensure a bad deal that would endanger Israel, the Middle East and the peace of the world," he continued, echoing statements he made earlier this week in which the PM warned the deal under discussion is worse than he had feared.
"Now is the time for the international community to insist on a better deal," Netanyahu insisted.
"A better deal would significantly roll back Iran's nuclear infrastructure. A better deal would link the eventual lifting of the restrictions on Iran's nuclear program to a change in Iran's behavior.
"Iran must stop its aggression in the region, stop its terrorism throughout the world and stop its threats to annihilate Israel. That should be non-negotiable and that's the deal that the world powers must insist upon."
Netanyahu's comments come after the US confirmed it would be once again extending the deadline for a deal with Iran, after the recent March 31 deadlinecame and went yesterday.
It is the third deadline to have been missed by P5+1 negotiators.
U.S. State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said enough progress had been made to warrant an extension, although there still were "several difficult issues" to bridge.
Iranian negotiator Hamid Baidinejad meanwhile, said his country was in no rush to reach a deal.
"The negotiations will end when solutions have been found," he said, in comments cited by the BBC. "We are not watching the clock."
It has been charged that President Barack Obama is "desperate" to seal a deal and score a foreign policy "achievement," even as Israel and other sources warn the deal threatens to leave the Islamic regime with the ability to rapidly produce a nuclear arsenal at the time of its choosing.
Strengthening concerns that a bad deal is being formed, an aide to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani who defected last week revealed the American negotiating team is just speaking "speak on Iran’s behalf with other members of the P5+1 countries and convince them of a deal."

The Islamic State (ISIS) jihadist group seized control of most of the YarmoukPalestinian refugee camp in southern Damascus Wednesday, a localPalestinian official told AFP.
"Fighters from IS launched an assault this morning on Yarmouk and they took over the majority of the camp," said Anwar Abdel Hadi, director of political affairs for the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) in Damascus.
Fighting was continuing inside the camp, he said.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based monitoring group, said ISIS was in control of a "large part" of the camp after fighting withPalestinian groups also opposed to President Bashar al-Assad's regime.
Yarmouk was once a thriving neighborhood home to 160,000 Palestinians - descendants of refugees from the Arab-Israeli conflict, who uniquely allowed to "inherit" refugee status by the UN - as well as many Syrians, but has been caught up in the country's fighting and besieged by regime forces for more than a year.
Only about 18,000 residents are estimated to remain in the camp after many fled the fighting.
Syrian rebels had withdrawn from the camp in February 2014 under a deal that left only Palestinian anti-regime groups inside.
The siege has caused significant shortages of food, water and drugs insidethe camp.  
ISIS, which has seized control of large parts of Syria and Iraq, has fought not only against the Assad regime but also against other rebel groups as it seeks to expand the territory under its control.

Iran Smugglar Precisionsmissiler till Hizbollah

Toppöverste i missilförsvaret säger att Iran uppgraderar stridsspetsar för att ge Hizbollah exakt precision i i attack av Israel.

En högt uppsatt israelisk säkerhetskälla avslöjade på tisdagen att Iran smugglar raketer trimmade med avancerade guidade stridsspetsar till Hizbollah i Libanon, som poserar ett direkt hot mot den judiska staten Israel från höger över dess norra gräns.

Col. Aviram Hasson, en ledare i IDF:s högsta nivå av missilförsvar, tog upp hotet på Israel Air och missilförsvarkonferensen i Herzliya, en händelse med iHLS (Israels inrikes säkerhet) som värd enligt försvars hemsida och Israel missilförsvar Association.

Översten sade Iran tar ostyrda Zilzal raketer och uppgraderar dem till guidade M-600 missiler genom att byta ut deras stridsspetsar med mer avancerade komponenter.

Den islamiska regimen är som en "tågmotor som inte stoppar för ett ögonblick. De tillverkar nya och avancerade ballistiska missiler och kryssningsmissiler. Det förvandlar ostyrda raketer som hade en noggrannhet på kilometer till vapen som är exakt till inom metern", avslöjar han.

Hasson uppgav att Hizbollah "håller på att få en hel del noggranna vapen från Iran. Det är i en helt annan plats än under det andra Libanonkriget 2006."

Uttalandena kommer samma dag som rapporter avslöjade att IDF hade uppdaterat sina värsta scenarier för ett krig mot Libanon för första gången sedan 2007. Bedömningen antar att Hizbollah skulle drabba Israel med 1000-1500 raketer varje dag, och antalet israeler dödade dagligen kommer att vara i dubbla eller tom tredubbla siffror.

Vad Israel kan göra mot det stora hotet, Hasson sade att dett"ultimata försvaret är en kombination av motattack, aktivt försvar, och passivt försvar", med det senare bestående av civila efter order att stanna i säkerhet.

Amerikansk uppbackning?

Också med att ta itu med missilhotet på konferensen var Riki Ellison, grundare och ordförande i amerikanska missilförsvars Advocacy Alliance.

Ellison anmärkte att USA har en policy att alltid lämna ett örlogsfartyg med Aegis naval missilförsvarssystem i Medelhavet för att ge Israel mer försvar från iranska långdistans ballistiska missiler som kan slå den judiska staten från Iran.

Han beskrev hur krigsskeppet "kan stå utanför kusten och skjuta lång-shots som kommer in från Iran."

Men Ellison noterade hur USA vill att Israel slutför att utveckla sina missilförsvar för alla typer av missiler, genom sådana system som Arrow 3 och Davids Slunga, vilket skulle frigöra Aegis fartyg.
Om det behövs kunde USA ta sitt försvar av Israel ett steg längre, avslöjade Elisson, notera att Terminal Hög Altitude Area Defense (THAAD)-batterier kan sättas in för att säkra den judiska staten.

A senior Israeli security source revealed on Tuesday that Iran is smuggling rockets souped-up with advanced guided warheads to its terror proxy of Hezbollah in Lebanon, posing a direct threat to the Jewish state of Israel from right over its northern border.
Col. Aviram Hasson, a leader in the IDF's top-level missile defenses, brought up the threat at the Israel Air and Missile Defense Conference held in Herzliya, an event hosted by the iHLS (Israel's homeland security) defense website and the Israel Missile Defense Association.
The colonel said Iran is taking unguided Zilzal rockets and upgrading them into guided M-600 missiles by swapping out their warheads with more advanced components.
The Islamic regime is a "train engine that is not stopping for a moment. It ismanufacturing new and advanced ballistic missiles and cruise missiles. It is turning unguided rockets that had an accuracy range of kilometers into weapons that are accurate to within meters," he revealed.
Hasson stated that Hezbollah "is getting a lot of accurate weapons from Iran. It is in a very different place compared to the Second Lebanon War in 2006."
The statements come the same day reports revealed the IDF had updated its worst case scenarios for a war against Lebanon for the first time since 2007. The assessment posited that Hezbollah would hit Israel with 1,000-1,500 rockets every day, and the number of Israelis killed daily will be in double or even triple digits.
As far as what Israel can do against the major threat, Hasson said the "ultimate defense is a combination of counter-attack, active defenses, and passive defense," with the later consisting of civilians following orders to stay secure.
American backing?
Also addressing the missile threat at the conference was Riki Ellison, founder and chairman of the US Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance.
Ellison remarked that the US has a policy of always leaving a warship with an Aegis naval missile defense system in the Mediterranean to provide Israel with defense from Iranian long-range ballistic missiles capable of hitting the Jewish state from Iran.
He described how the warship "can stand off the coast and shoot long-shots coming in from Iran."
However, Ellison noted how the US wants Israel to complete developing its missile defenses for all ranges of missiles, through such systems as Arrow 3 and David's Sling, which would free up the Aegis ships.
If needed the US could take its defense of Israel a step further, revealed Elisson, noting that Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) batteries could be deployed to secure the Jewish state.
Even as nuclear talks reached a deadline on Tuesday that was extended by the US, Commander of Iran’s Basij (volunteer) Force, Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Naqdi, said "wiping Israel off the map is not up for negotiation," illustrating the dangers posed by the state's nuclear program coupled with its missile capabilities.

ICC uppfinner egen lag för att vara politiskt korrekt och svälja PLO.

Hur många gånger ska man behöva säga att FN:s generalförsamling INTE KAN SKAPA EN STAT! Där är mycket bestämda regler när det gäller definition av stat, som "palestina" ingalunda uppfyller. Generalförsamlingens utropande av stat är politik, inte lag! Liksom Löfvéns hojtande, det producerar ingalunda en stat utom i hans egna ögon, men sen har han ingen utbildning heller utan tror att lag och vad han tycker är samma sak.

Att ICC i sin förvillelse inte inser det ger inte mycket förtroende för vad annat de säger. Som när de bestämde sig för att Israels skyddsmur mot terror inte fick finnas, ett beslut de fattade utan att nämna ordet terror,  Att beslutet ändå inte betyder något, bara tyckande liksom det mesta inom FN, gör att Israel inte heller behöver vara särskilt rädd för vad Abbas hittar på där.

DN:s (TT:s) glada utrop "Palestina officiell medlem i ICC" är alltså helt och hållet illegalt. De nämner inte problemen alls.

Israels Lagråd, Shurat haDin kan lagen mycket bättre och kommer att bemöta anklagelserna.

The Palestinian Authority (PA) is looking to sue Israel for "war crimes" at the International Criminal Court (ICC), and even while it is not clear the ICC will recognize the PA as a bona fide state, there are numerous other caveats though that could hold back whatever advantage the PA thinks it might have.

Eugene Kontorovich, lecturer in international law at Northwestern University, tells Arutz Sheva that the PA must meet the binding legal definition of a state, and he argues the ICC is ignoring basic fundamentals of international law in order to advance the PA's application for membership.

For one, the ICC is trying to usurp the rules by incorporating UN GeneralAssembly (GA) resolutions into its decision-making on Ramallah’s application. The GA is not authorized to recognize states by the United Nations’ charter, and yet the ICC’s chief prosecutor is taking GA decisions about “Palestine’s” observational status as grounds to treat it as a state member to the court.

As Kontorovich put it in a recent Washington Post article on the subject, the ICC prosecutor “substituted the determination of the General Assembly for her own. The GA is not a judicial body, but a political one. Its determinations are political, not legal.”

Asked to explain further in an interview with Arutz Sheva, Kontorovich expanded his argument.

“There are certain things that have legal definitions. There is a legal concept of what a state is; not what the General Assembly says a state is. If the General Assembly passed a resolution calling it a state, that wouldn't make it true. It’s a separate legal definition. If the GA passed a resolution against an innocent man stating that he is a murderer, that still does not actually make him a murderer.”

The United Nations – a general framework of institutions who administer international law for that matter – do not have a clear equivalent to a parliament that might pass laws at will, which courts would then incorporate into their jurisprudence, he says. International law is defined by conventions, both literal conventions of country’s representatives to discuss amendments and treaties on the one hand, and the “convention” or agreements produced in those meetings on the other.

Working with established laws in those international conventions and whatever case-law precedent that might exist, the ICC prosecutor is responsible from there to prove “Palestine” indeed fits the bill.

“The prosecutor has to establish a legal definition on her own,” says Kontorovich. “It’s a known fact that the General Assembly cannot establish legal precedent. Even a resolution in the United Nations Security Council does not serve in that way.”

These operational, legal definitions apply to other issues – not just what is and is not a sovereign state. Israel has also run into issues over what constitutes an “occupation,” hearing arguments that even the withdrawal from Gaza is not sufficient to say Israel has ended its "occupation" of the area.

It is possible that at some point in the future that those GA “resolutions could lead to eventual change of definitions of things like occupation” or statehood, but they can only serve as inspiration for more formal changes to international treaties like the Geneva Convention that actually illustrate those definitions.

Other issues could create a diplomatic fury if the ICC were to judge the situation by the reality on the ground.

It is plausible that in the event the ICC defined the PA in Judea and Samaria as a state, that would not necessarily mean it has the right to file complaints on behalf of Gaza, because Mahmoud Abbas does not have "effective control" of Gaza - Hamas does.

Arutz Sheva asked Kontorovich if the two regimes could have to be recognized separately given their circumstances.

“There is something I call 'The Morsi Precedent.' When Sisi toppled Morsi, Morsi requested the ICC assert jurisdiction over his country to intervene. The court refused on the grounds that at the time of his appeal, he wasn’t President anymore.”

As Kontorovich delineated in an article for the law blog Opinio Juris last year on the Morsi decision, the Office of the Prosecutor weighed “whether Morsi had 'effective control' of Egypt at the time of the application. Finding that he did not, it concluded he could not accept jurisdiction on behalf of the country.” The ICC decision can be read here.

“He might have had technical authority but not the actual authority,” Kontorovich went on to explain. “It all seems very similar but this does not seem to be slowing the prosecutor down at all.”

The Officer of the Prosecutor seems bent on asserting ICC jurisdiction, he said. The reasons could be an existential issue for the court. 

“Palestine” is a major international issue. As the court tries to justify its existence following several failed prosecutions, ignored subpoenas and accusations that it is too Africa-focused, the ICC might try to enhance its prestige by going after a vulnerable, Western-aligned state.

“Delivering (Binyamin) Netanyahu’s head on a silver platter would be a permanent precedent to talk about," Kontorovich explained.
